This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Administer, configure, and sustain Adobe Workfront.
• Oversee portfolios, programs, groups, teams, layouts, custom forms, queues, workflows, and permissions.
• Ensure the platform's stability, scalability, data integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Monitor system performance and pinpoint opportunities for optimization.
• Provide support for Workfront Planning and associated workflow technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend processes, challenges, and operational objectives.
• Lead workflow discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Document current and future state processes and suggest improvements.
• Convert business requirements into Workfront configurations, workflow designs, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Design and manage reports, dashboards, executive metrics, and data governance standards.
• Conduct audits and reviews of data quality.
• Design, develop, maintain, and monitor Workfront Fusion automations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to automation and integrations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Workfront support and troubleshooting matters.
• Handle user administration, permissions, access controls, and license allocation.
• Create and deliver user training, onboarding materials, best practices, and support documentation.
• Encourage platform adoption and collect user feedback.
• Assess Workfront releases and new platform capabilities.
• Coordinate the testing, validation, and deployment of system changes.
• Maintain platform documentation, governance standards, process maps, and solution designs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Over 5 years of experience in Adobe Workfront administration within a complex business environment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions, process enhancements, and automation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, reporting, and workflow design.
• Experience in building and maintaining Workfront Fusion automations and integrations.
• Solid understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence principles.
• Proficient in text mode reporting, dashboards, custom forms, request queues, and workflow configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in delivering user training and promoting platform adoption.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset dedicated to service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Preferred experience with Workfront Fusion, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Preferred background in supporting enterprise marketing operations or business process management initiatives.
• Workfront Planning experience is preferred.
• Adobe Workfront certifications are considered a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Management, or a related field is preferred.
