📋 Description

• Take ownership of the cohesive design language for the BRAHMA AI platform.

• Facilitate alignment among designers from various product teams.

• Spearhead the design initiatives for our generative AI tools.

• Establish comprehensive user journeys throughout the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product design, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role coordinating multiple designers or teams.

• A broad perspective on platform design.

• Practical experience in designing for generative AI tools.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining design systems.

• Ability to lead effectively without solely being a people manager.
