Lead User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in performance management by being involved in daily operations. Be ready to access ad accounts at any time to troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, initiate campaigns, and amplify results.

• Oversee substantial budgets with ownership of $500K+ in monthly advertising expenditures across various networks, ensuring meticulous spend allocation, controlled scaling, and stable performance.

• Excel in Facebook Ads or Google Ads, taking full accountability for Facebook Ads as the primary channel for acquisition.

• Leverage analytics, insights, and data-driven decision-making by working closely with performance data to uncover insights, inefficiencies, and growth prospects. Collaborate effectively with the Analytics team to remain consistently updated on funnel performance, attribution, cohort behavior, and overall acquisition efficiency.

• Uphold clear user acquisition processes, reporting standards, and performance review schedules. Ensure comprehensive transparency and control over daily, weekly, and monthly results.

• Collaborate with Creative Managers to continuously generate, test, and refine creative ideas. Identify and scale high-performing creatives based on performance analytics.

• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring disciplined execution across account structure, testing frameworks, scaling logic, and performance oversight.

• Assume full responsibility for KPIs, including CPA, ROI, volume, and spend efficiency, with results and outcomes serving as the primary measures of success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on management of $750K+ in monthly advertising budgets, showcasing personal ownership rather than team totals.

• Extensive, practical knowledge of Meta Ads, holding complete accountability for it as the primary channel for acquisition.

• Proficient skills in Google Ads, both UAC and search, with the capability to independently manage campaigns.

• Proven track record of managing various paid acquisition sources beyond Meta and Google is a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to delve into data to extract actionable insights.

• Experience in closely collaborating with Analytics teams to inform decision-making processes.

• Focused on achieving high ROI and efficient scaling, prioritizing growth in efficiency rather than mere spending.

• Comfortable working directly within ad accounts, rather than solely at the reporting level.

• Structured, disciplined, and highly accountable in work approach.

• Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

• Proficient in the Russian language, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• A clear and direct communicator with a focus on achieving results.
