
Lead UA – Incentivized Growth, Offerwalls, Rewarded Networks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• This position is fully remote.
• You will be responsible for the profitable scaling of offerwalls and rewarded networks from start to finish: managing the partner portfolio, executing campaigns, ensuring quality control, and measuring outcomes.
• Conduct a rapid, analytical process—analyzing funnels and reward placements, monitoring quality, and making decisions on scaling versus cutting based on leading indicators and reliable data.
• Begin with one newly launched title and expand to additional releases later in the year.
• Utilize Singular as your primary operational tool: handling integrations/configuration, partner setup, event mapping, attribution windows, and postbacks.
• Independently address tracking issues (including partner-side validation, missing events, and mismatched counts) to ensure decisions are made using trustworthy data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards along with a reporting schedule (we have some internal tools, but you will oversee the entire UA measurement process).
• Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance offerwall performance: optimizing milestone pacing, early progression, economy tuning, and event design for CPE funnels.
• Transform insights from partner data into tangible product tests.
• Assist in establishing repeatable UA processes and a "numbers-first" operational framework for the studio.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in managing incentivized UA on offerwalls/rewarded networks.
• Strong analytical skills using Sheets/Excel (including pivots, lookups, handling complex exports, and conducting sanity checks).
• Ability to independently manage an MMP (Singular): including integrations, event mapping, postbacks, attribution settings, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in a small team with a high degree of autonomy and direct collaboration with founders (remote-first environment).
• Proficient in English.
• SQL knowledge for self-service analysis (e.g., using Metabase) is a plus.
• Experience in designing event schemas and milestone funnels specifically tailored for offerwall limitations.
• Extensive experience in fraud and quality operations for incentivized traffic.
• Familiarity with traditional UA channels (such as Google/TikTok) is advantageous, though expertise in incentivized methods takes precedence.
