Lead Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate business travel bookings, both domestic and international, using Sabre GDS.

• Provide corporate clients with guidance on efficient and cost-effective travel itineraries.

• Oversee changes to itineraries, cancellations, disruptions, and emergency travel scenarios.

• Serve as a subject matter expert to coach and mentor team members.

• Support supervisors in managing workflows and prioritizing urgent travel requests.

• Independently resolve customer issues while fostering trusted relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel, with an advanced understanding of at least one GDS (Sabre).

• Exceptional knowledge of geography and airline fares, along with a clear understanding of international travel regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in leadership or mentorship roles.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the integrity of personal traveler information.
