This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist with referrals from Bupa’s UK insurance sector by providing personalized clinical practice for clients facing increasingly complex mental health challenges.
• Collaborate directly with corporate clients to enhance mental health awareness and facilitate employee referrals.
• Deliver high-quality, effective, and safe mental wellbeing services through MS Teams.
• Provide therapeutic care that showcases excellent clinical outcomes.
• Carry out thorough assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based interventions.
• Identify suitable care and support pathways for clients.
• Offer telephone or video consultations based on client preferences.
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management protocols while working alongside Clinical Leads and the broader therapy team.
• Operate within session limits while striving for therapeutic recovery objectives.
• Offer signposting and onward referrals as needed.
• Provide occasional or one-time wellbeing support and coaching.
• Conduct one-off assessments and provide referral recommendations.
• Facilitate group psychoeducation, mental health awareness, wellbeing guidance, remote presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Work independently while adhering to professional guidelines and Bupa's policies and procedures.
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as well as monthly team meetings.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing client and employee experiences in collaboration with operational and clinical teams.
• Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a qualified Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
• Significant leadership experience in managing clinicians within a Mental Health environment.
• Experience working with adults as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
• Minimum of 1 year’s clinical experience post-qualification.
• Additional experience as a Children’s Clinical Psychologist is preferred.
• Must be based in the UK.
