📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire delivery process for TRM's most intricate technical searches.

• Establish standards for sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates within the function.

• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers regarding hiring strategies.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to recruiters on sourcing techniques.

• Identify and address gaps in recruiting systems and processes.

• Over 7 years of technical recruiting experience in rapidly growing, US-based tech startups.

• Proven track record of managing multiple high-complexity searches simultaneously.

• A history of enhancing the performance of others through mentorship or coaching.

• A sharp thinker who applies first principles and is comfortable challenging norms with data.

• Strong operational instincts with a focus on improving recruiting systems.
