Lead Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for senior engineering and technical leadership positions.

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to create hiring strategies, workforce planning, and interview methodologies.

• Develop robust pipelines of passive technical talent through innovative sourcing techniques and networking.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing practices, calibration, and candidate assessment.

• Promote operational excellence in recruiting metrics, reporting, and forecasting.

• Enhance recruiting processes by leveraging AI, automation, and modern recruiting technologies.

• Advocate for an outstanding candidate experience from the initial outreach to the final hiring stage.

• Support and mentor recruiters and sourcers, while establishing recruiting best practices throughout the organization.

• Continuously enhance Ondo’s employer branding within engineering circles.

• Over 7 years of technical recruiting experience, with considerable expertise in supporting engineering teams within high-growth startups.

• Proven track record in hiring senior software engineers and engineering leaders.

• In-depth understanding of technical organizations and engineering talent markets.

• Experience collaborating directly with senior engineering stakeholders and executives.

• Outstanding sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.

• A data-driven approach to recruitment strategy and process enhancement.

• Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
