This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Balance workloads to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of projects.
• Oversee a portfolio of 15–25 simultaneous IT network deployment projects.
• Create and continually enhance PMO standards, templates, documentation, and operational rhythms to facilitate scalable growth.
• Manage projects throughout the entire deployment lifecycle, from construction coordination to production launch.
• Coordinate tasks among network engineering, construction, IT vendors, and internal client teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Ensure deployment readiness through established phase gates and launch criteria.
• Act as the primary program management liaison among over ten client organizations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and executive-level updates using relevant metrics and reporting.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and promote alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in documentation and reporting throughout the PMO.
• 7–10 years of experience in managing or supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising Project Managers or Technical Program Managers.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with project management platforms and collaboration tools such as:
• - Google Workspace
• - ServiceNow
• - Smartsheet
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Familiarity with configuring or deploying network infrastructure, including:
• - Routers
• - Switches
• - Firewalls
• - Wireless (Wi-Fi) infrastructure
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
