Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process for Finance positions

• Act as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition in Finance recruitment

• Develop strong partnerships with Finance leadership

• Ensure recruiting records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant

• Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, FP&A, Legal, HR Business Partners, and Talent Operations

• Utilize structured decision-making to assess risks, trade-offs, and necessary approvals

• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers

• Create, test, and enhance agentic AI bots or workflow agents

• Engage in broader Talent Acquisition initiatives aimed at improving recruitment quality, efficiency, and governance

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of in-house recruiting experience

• Demonstrated ability to function as a consultative partner to senior hiring executives

• Practical experience in developing agentic AI bots, workflow agents, or AI automations

• Direct experience with Skills in Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex

• Proficient in Workday and contemporary recruiting systems
