This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Utilize systems thinking to promote the adoption of Talent Acquisition (TA) standard practices, optimize recruiting processes and tools, and maintain high data integrity.
• Develop and sustain enterprise-wide TA standard operating procedures by applying lean methodologies; act as the regional expert for APAC on TA enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams and stakeholders to modernize the hiring experience with a focus on solutions; ensure TA teams are prepared and equipped for success.
• Lead extensive, complex global initiatives and projects that enhance our Talent Acquisition capabilities and increase the value of our function.
• Use your influencing abilities and active listening skills to facilitate change and drive adoption.
• Identify and implement tailored opportunities to improve efficiencies, enhance stakeholder experience, accelerate processes through automation and simplification, and boost TA data integrity.
• Assist in formulating strategies to standardize and optimize essential TA infrastructure components; identify and implement enhancements to ensure our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) operates seamlessly.
• Develop and sustain enterprise-wide TA standard work instructions using lean methodologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on specific recruiting tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal HR technology teams and external technology providers to create learning plans that enhance user capabilities.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training content for stakeholders, equipping recruiters and leadership with the skills to attract top talent and drive organizational success; measure adoption through data.
• Manage existing relationships with key suppliers, foster effective partnerships, and oversee supplier accountability, performance, and compliance in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across the APAC region with key stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance teams.
• Conduct data validation to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and quality by reinforcing adherence to standard practices.
• Provide thorough analysis and actionable insights from data in a manner that supports data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific and local regulations across APAC, including adherence to GE Vernova company policies, data privacy laws, and TA CoE standards.
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork, belonging, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor the external Talent Acquisition landscape for best practices, trends, and technological innovations, highlighting those that may be suitable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including a minimum of five (5) years focusing on Talent Acquisition operations in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full life cycle of recruitment.
• Proven experience in driving process/program adoption and successfully guiding stakeholders through change in a global, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of and practical experience with basic lean principles.
• Experience in effective supplier relationship management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government compliance requirements across APAC markets.
• Proficient experience with TA tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and their reporting capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Results-driven with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in selected calls across global time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as needed.
• Strong proficiency in the English language (speaking, writing, and reading).
