This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and manage the TA data architecture ecosystem, ensuring smooth integration among our ATS, HRIS, and Clinical Recruiting analytics.
• Create, sustain, and enhance resilient data pipelines and automated dashboards that act as the "single source of truth" for TA metrics on a global scale.
• Set governance standards for data accuracy, compliance (including GDPR and EEOC), and TA reporting methodologies throughout the organization.
• Develop advanced recruiter capacity and workload models to guarantee the TA team is effectively staffed to adapt to changing business hiring needs.
• Construct predictive hiring models (such as time-to-fill forecasting, offer acceptance curves, and funnel conversion yield ratios) to pinpoint potential hiring bottlenecks before they affect the business.
• Collaborate with Finance and Workforce Planning to synchronize headcount budgets, attrition forecasts, and hiring strategies into a unified operational model.
• Transform intricate datasets into engaging, executive-ready narratives and presentations for the Head of Talent Acquisition, Executive Team, and Business Unit Leaders.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs) for the TA organization, providing actionable insights instead of just presenting raw numbers.
• Serve as an internal consultant, proactively identifying trends, anomalies, or inefficiencies in the hiring funnel and advising TA leadership on data-driven interventions.
• Over 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning, with a minimum of 3 years specifically concentrated on Talent Acquisition/HR analytics at an enterprise level.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Excel or SQL are essential. Significant experience in creating enterprise-level data models using Tableau, Power BI, or Visier is advantageous.
• Storytelling Mastery: Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities. You have a proven history of simplifying technical data into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for executive audiences.
• Financial & Operational Acumen: Demonstrated experience in developing complex capacity models and headcount forecasting frameworks from the ground up, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
• Systems Knowledge: Extensive understanding of modern ATS data structures and talent CRM platforms. Direct experience with Lever or Ashby is highly preferred, although expertise with other enterprise systems (like Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, etc.) is also acceptable.
