Lead Systems Administrator – Endpoint Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance endpoint management capabilities.

• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls and hardening baselines.

• Manage endpoint provisioning workflows and facilitate zero-touch/low-touch deployment methodologies.

• Serve as a primary escalation point for intricate endpoint incidents.

• Develop and support automation solutions to minimize repetitive manual tasks.

• Create and maintain runbooks, operational playbooks, and high-quality documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with IT Operations and Security teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading endpoint administration and engineering efforts within an enterprise setting.

• Strong troubleshooting skills related to endpoint policies, configurations, deployment workflows, and large-scale operational challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to document processes, establish operational standards, and enhance systems through a proactive approach.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with IT Operations and Security stakeholders.
