This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the development, requirements, and ongoing enhancement of CPQ capabilities.
• Manage and uphold Salesforce CPQ, which includes product configurations, pricing rules, discounting, and approval workflows.
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to identify emerging needs and convert business objectives into roadmap requirements.
• Track system usage, performance, and adoption; provide recommendations for improvements to boost efficiency.
• Create comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or in a similar position. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, discount logic, and product bundling concepts.
• Understanding of ERP integrations, product catalog governance, or master data management.
• Familiarity with enterprise pricing models, subscription products, bundled offerings, and renewals.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities to identify and resolve application issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
