This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to translate business requirements into effective Wrike solutions.
• Create and present tailored demonstrations, including use cases that integrate with ERP, DAM, financial systems, BI tools, and other platforms.
• Oversee proof-of-concept processes and technical assessments to ensure successful sales results.
• Provide clear, persuasive, value-oriented presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic account planning and opportunities for expansion.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for both customers and internal teams.
• Advocate for Wrike’s value and market positioning within the organization and externally.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to internal training initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across Product, Marketing, and Partner teams.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and Wrike’s product capabilities.
• Assist customers in the DACH region, leveraging strong cultural insights and native-level German proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related technical sales role.
• Significant customer-facing experience, including leading presentations and effectively managing objections.
• Proficiency in enterprise applications, both cloud and on-premise architecture, system integrations, and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey a clear and convincing narrative.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to craft innovative, scalable solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Familiarity with integration methods, including APIs, orchestration, and automation.
• Openness to travel within the region and work flexible hours as necessary.
• In-depth understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German.
