This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Offer technical leadership across enterprise middleware and integration platforms.
• Spearhead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to define technical direction.
• Set engineering standards and execute critical technology initiatives.

• Lead technical reviews, solution governance, work prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for engineering teams.
• Significant experience in a Lead Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Middleware Lead role within enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in .NET service development, including architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Experience in delivering solutions utilizing .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Proven expertise in deploying and managing services in Azure, encompassing high availability, auto-scaling, multi-region deployments, and automated failover capabilities.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including reviewing, maintaining, and enhancing infrastructure specifications.
• Strong capability in technical reviews, solution governance, work prioritization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Proven track record in leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams while providing technical leadership and delivery oversight.
