This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as a technical lead in high-value services, collaborating with multidisciplinary profiles and maintaining direct communication with the client.
• Serve as the technical liaison with clients.
• You will be involved in the preparation of pre-sales, defining solutions, presenting the global/specific capabilities of knowmad mood to clients, and collaborating with business development on the implementation of PoCs and pilot projects for certain solutions.
• Advocate for best practices and infrastructure for project execution in development (Development Ecosystem: code repository, IaC, etc.).
• Participate in technical strategy meetings with technical representatives from various technology communities to identify synergies and decide on technical strategies.
• Propose new initiatives and lead them technically in collaboration with other Technical Leaders and members of the Expert Center from other Communities.
• Design and define robust and scalable architectures aligned with business needs and quality standards.
• Conduct technical feasibility analysis of solutions, evaluating technologies, architectural approaches, and trade-offs.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology, ensuring smooth dialogue and realistic expectations.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a software/solutions architect, focusing on design, estimations, risk management, and implementation of enterprise solutions across various technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Leader, with strong team leadership skills and extensive experience in agile methodologies.
• Creativity and a keen sense for innovation, with the initiative to propose and lead new working methods or team organization.
• Proven ability to assume management responsibilities, lead teams, and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in closed projects.
• Technical pre-sales experience: solution design, estimations, documentation, risk management, and client presentations.
• Extensive experience in defining software architecture (architecture patterns, hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, EDA, etc.).
• Experience working with various programming languages and technologies.
• API design and management (REST/SOAP) and API Management experience.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Focus on software quality and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Permanent contract.
