Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Lead a small team of software engineers to develop applications that transform our business practices and maintain our competitive edge.

• Mentor a team of exceptionally intelligent, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals.

• Propel several exciting initiatives, address challenges of any scale, work on critical business projects utilizing advanced technologies, and effectively communicate strategy and precision to our senior decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional development experience, with experience leading teams, either informally or formally, on large projects; direct reports experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Capability to cultivate cross-functional, collaborative relationships with both business and technology partners.

• Preferred Full-Stack software development experience, focusing on Front End architecture and the construction of scalable distributed systems.

• Proficiency in client-side SPA development.

• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience in creating unit tests.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A genuine passion for continuous learning.
