📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and maintenance of essential platform systems.

• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.

• Mentor and guide engineers through technical design discussions, code reviews, and best engineering practices.

• Create and enhance scalable applications and services utilizing C# and .NET Core.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish technical priorities, synchronize on milestones, and implement platform improvements.

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo.

• Implement DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies to automate application deployments and manage cloud infrastructure.

• Diagnose complex issues and develop long-term solutions to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with C# and .NET Core.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and steering cross-functional technical projects.

• Profound understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, with experience in designing scalable and resilient applications.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle and contemporary deployment strategies, including canary and blue-green deployments.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, along with knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps methodologies.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a background in diagnosing complex system issues, supporting on-call operations, and ensuring platform reliability.

• Proficient communication skills in English, with the capability to collaborate across teams, influence technical decisions, and mentor other engineers.

• A gaming license issued by the relevant state authority may be required as a condition of employment.
