• Oversee the architectural design and comprehensive development of intricate software features and systems.

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, providing technical advice and sharing knowledge.

• Collaborate effectively with hardware, firmware, QA, product management, and cloud teams.

• Facilitate the resolution of complex technical challenges across various disciplines.

• Break down system-level features into clearly defined tasks and estimate delivery timelines.

• Set and uphold coding standards, development processes, and industry best practices.

• Assess and implement new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Generate clear and detailed technical documentation.

• Assist in executive and stakeholder briefings with clear technical insights.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience, showcasing lead-level contributions.

• Over 5 years of experience in leading software projects or teams within a product-oriented environment.

• At least 3 years of experience working in cross-functional Agile teams that deliver commercial hardware/software products.

• Proficient in object-oriented and/or functional programming, with .NET preferred.

• Knowledge of system design and software architecture principles, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software delivery lifecycle best practices.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical information with hardware, firmware, and QA teams.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.

• Proven track record in mentoring and coaching engineers, with the capability to promote technical growth within a team.
