Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee technology projects and deliver exceptional software solutions.

• Work closely with clients to grasp their objectives and make informed technology selections.

• Facilitate discussions on architecture and software design.

• Cultivate relationships with client technical leaders and provide regular updates on project progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Scala, R, SQL, and Go.

• Experience in developing or integrating AI/ML-driven features.

• Collaboration experience using Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD practices.

• Capability to address architecture-level issues such as scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members.

• Leadership skills in mentoring and providing constructive feedback.

• Proven experience in leading high-stakes consulting projects from the discovery phase to production.
