Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all technical matters within the squad, with the ability to redirect inquiries to other squad members as needed.

• Act as a mentor for fellow developers in the squad, conducting performance reviews and career path assessments.

• Engage in monthly meetings alongside the CPTO and Engineering Director to acknowledge achievements and address any technical or organizational challenges.

• Dedicate up to 80% of your time to coding activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have either formally or informally acted as a tech lead, mentor, or coach for a team of software engineers focused on a SaaS platform for over 2 years.

• You have spearheaded technical initiatives in an environment where performance, reliability, and accuracy are critical, and where feature development and roadmaps are evaluated over months and quarters.

• You possess extensive full stack programming experience, including familiarity with Agile methodologies, SaaS software architecture, and modern programming languages.

• You maintain a product-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and experience.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are required.

• Fluent in English (US/UK) at B2 level or equivalent (FR).
