Lead Software Developer – .NET, Construction Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design and creation of business applications and their customizations.

• Build data access layers, business objects, and presentation layers.

• Conduct research and prototype ERP modules utilizing new technologies.

• Provide support for existing code, focusing on optimization and refactoring.

• Analyze code to identify and rectify errors in current functionalities.

• Collaborate with development partners on architecture and code review processes.

• Offer guidance and assistance to developers involved in Acumatica’s development network, promoting the Acumatica xRP framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing commercial business applications using Microsoft technologies (.Net, C#, and MS-SQL).

• In-depth knowledge of C# along with proficiency in writing, profiling, and optimizing complex queries.

• Experience working in teams using version control systems (preferably Git).

• Strong understanding of the principles, patterns, and design of intricate software systems, with the ability to implement them effectively.

• A passion for creating “elegant and efficient” solutions that are robust, scalable, and high-performing.

• Personal software practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality work even under pressure.

• Familiarity with complex business solutions (preferably ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, CRM, or other business management software).

• Willingness to engage directly with customers to gather product feedback and resolve issues.

• A desire to collaborate with, learn from, and mentor others across various disciplines.

• Proficiency in English.
