This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement cost-efficient recruitment functions, which include identifying and visiting external recruitment centers, processing referrals from field employees and customers, and maintaining weekly contact with inactive field employees.
• Maintain a robust network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Reach out to potentially suitable candidates for specific job openings.
• Execute local recruitment initiatives and provide information about the company and its available opportunities.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across various media platforms.
• Organize participation in events, set up displays, and present at job fairs, schools, and community organizations.
• Complete all stages of the Associate Hiring Process.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with safety guidelines, and associate satisfaction, including necessary Quality Assurance Process steps during customer site visits.
• Manage applicant phone inquiries, schedule appointments, administer pre-employment assessments, and coordinate application paperwork.
• Oversee post-offer drug screenings and perform background checks on applicants.
• Conduct safety and orientation sessions for new associate hires.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Travel locally as required.
• An Associate Degree in a related field is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales is necessary.
• Experience in skilled trades recruiting is essential.
• Background in recruiting and engaging traveling skilled trades professionals is required.
• Familiarity with selling per diem opportunities, especially in remote or hard-to-fill markets, is important.
• Understanding of the motivations of traveling trades professionals and how to effectively present pay, per diem, location, assignment details, and travel expectations is necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines under pressure is crucial.
• A strong commitment to customer service, development, and satisfaction is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a strong desire to succeed are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, job boards, and social media platforms is required.
• A valid driver's license and a vehicle suitable for work purposes are necessary.
• Local travel is required.
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are strongly preferred; however, strong non-bilingual candidates with the necessary skilled trades and traveler recruiting experience will also be considered.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for extended periods; regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds is needed.
