This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert in designated solution areas.
• Contribute to the design of solutions and propose technical methodologies, integrations, data flows, and interoperability strategies.
• Remain updated on trends in the payer industry, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, assessments of the current state, and architectural discussions with payer clients.
• Assist in pre-sales activities from start to finish, including solution development, whiteboarding sessions, technical validation, and deal strategy formulation.
• Create and present demonstrations, technical presentations, and customized solution proposals.
• Aid in complex RFP/RFI responses by providing technical, architectural, and functional insights.
• Lead or assist with proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot projects, and technical workshops.
• Develop account-specific institutional knowledge to enhance cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to create feasible, scalable, and distinctive solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform roadmap development.
• Fulfill designated performance review responsibilities, special projects, and other tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare payer technology, solution consulting, or client-facing pre-sales solution engineering.
• Practical experience with healthcare payer ecosystems, core administrative systems, data integration, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical pre-sales engagements, discovery processes, solution design, architectural discussions, and technical validation efforts.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and technologies, such as APIs, FHIR, HL7, and data exchange frameworks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health Enablement, Interoperability, and Payment Integrity sectors.
• Proficiency in translating intricate technical concepts into business benefits for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and whiteboarding abilities.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
• Capability to work collaboratively across sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams while juggling multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client-facing activities.
• Ability to carry out responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Skill in analyzing complex information and conveying it clearly.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stay composed and think swiftly under pressure.
