• Cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that facilitate ongoing market success and increased market presence in your designated region.
• Overseeing customer relationships for the Gas and Steam Power Services portfolio within the specified region/territory.
• Managing customer relationships for their accounts within the respective region/territory.
• Formulating long-term strategic plans per customer to enhance market/customer penetration, supporting growth in Orders, Sales, Cash, and Contribution Margin.
• Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Effectively engaging with all tiers of internal and external customers.
• Steering a sales pipeline for intricate, multi-offering transactions.
• Creating and sustaining Key Account Plans that provide detailed insights focused on Customer Strategy, ESG Policies, Organizational Structures, Buying Behaviors, Outage, and Opportunity Forecasts.
• Continuously assessing and advancing the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional prospects.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Technical Discipline from an accredited institution OR a High School Diploma/GED accompanied by 3-5 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge of Gas and Steam Turbine/Generator technology products and services.
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or Customer Service within the Power Generation sector.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
