This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Create and execute strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to enhance performance and growth for a large enterprise retail account.
• Lead and supervise a team of paid search specialists, offering mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to boost team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media strategies that meet client objectives.
• Evaluate campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with client goals.
• Manage the daily execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with budget and quality standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media networks to maintain a competitive advantage and foster innovation.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with media strategies and results.
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, emphasizing key insights and growth opportunities.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing to encourage continuous improvement.
• At least 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, specifically within retail media networks.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail media networks and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel, etc.
• Expertise in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to create a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans that align with client goals and drive business growth.
