• Take ownership of the complete talent acquisition process within the CRO/Pharma sector

• Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters and partner management specialists

• Balance direct recruitment efforts with strategic team leadership

• Talent Lead with a focus on Regulatory and Clinical recruitment

• Proficient in the CRO/Pharma sector, including Clinical Trials, Pharmaceuticals, and Pharmacovigilance

• In-depth knowledge of Lever for effective pipeline management

• Proven experience in managing a small team of recruiters

• Capability to collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders
