This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for business and corporate functions globally, encompassing Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, CEO Office, and other essential areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to establish hiring priorities, organizational requirements, role specifications, and workforce planning strategies.
• Serve as a reliable talent advisor by offering market intelligence, compensation insights, hiring recommendations, and trends in the talent market.
• Spearhead recruitment initiatives for senior, niche, confidential, and business-critical roles across various regions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage high-quality passive candidates in competitive talent landscapes.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines across key business functions to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Conduct talent mapping exercises within targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of global labor markets, compensation trends, and talent availability across numerous countries.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing effectiveness, candidate assessment quality, and stakeholder management skills.
• Establish recruiting best practices, interview calibration standards, sourcing frameworks, and hiring processes across various business functions.
• Assess recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
• Guarantee a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Uphold compliance with local labor regulations and recruitment best practices across various regions.
• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across diverse business and corporate functions.
• Proven track record in recruiting for areas such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, Consulting, CEO Office, or other critical business roles.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit for senior, niche, and challenging positions across different markets.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions concurrently while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence hiring decisions and challenge hiring assumptions when needed.
• Background in collaborating with senior leaders on hiring strategies, organizational design discussions, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and recruitment across various countries.
• Strong expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Outstanding communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology firms, startups, internet businesses, consulting organizations, or rapidly scaling enterprises is strongly preferred.
