This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for business and corporate functions on a global scale, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, CEO Office, and other essential areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior executives to establish hiring priorities, organizational requirements, role specifications, and workforce planning strategies.
• Serve as a reliable talent advisor by offering market insights, compensation data, hiring suggestions, and trends in the talent market.
• Spearhead recruitment initiatives for senior, specialized, confidential, and critical positions across various regions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive candidates in competitive talent landscapes.
• Build and sustain robust talent pipelines across important business functions to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Conduct talent mapping activities across targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of global labor markets, compensation trends, and talent availability across several countries.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters to enhance sourcing effectiveness, candidate evaluation quality, and stakeholder management skills.
• Establish recruitment best practices, interview calibration standards, sourcing frameworks, and hiring processes across business functions.
• Evaluate recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring results to identify areas for enhancement.
• Aid in the growth and scaling of the global Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
• Guarantee a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and recruitment best practices across various regions.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience across various business and corporate functions.
• Proven track record in recruiting for areas such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, Consulting, CEO Office, or other critical business roles.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit senior, niche, and hard-to-fill positions across diverse markets.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and challenge hiring assumptions when needed.
• Track record of collaborating with senior leaders on hiring strategy, organizational design discussions, and workforce planning efforts.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and recruitment across multiple nations.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, internet businesses, consulting firms, or rapidly scaling organizations is highly preferred.
