This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for business and corporate functions globally, which includes Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, CEO Office, and other essential functions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to determine hiring priorities, organizational needs, role specifications, and workforce planning strategies.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on the market, compensation, hiring recommendations, and talent market trends.
• Spearhead recruitment efforts for senior, niche, confidential, and business-critical roles across various regions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Build and sustain robust talent pipelines across key business functions to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Conduct talent mapping exercises across target companies, industries, and markets.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of global labor markets, compensation trends, and talent availability in multiple countries.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing effectiveness, candidate assessment quality, and stakeholder management skills.
• Establish recruiting best practices, interview calibration standards, sourcing frameworks, and hiring processes across business functions.
• Evaluate recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring results to identify areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the global Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain precise ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
• Ensure a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and recruitment best practices across various regions.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience across various business and corporate functions.
• Proven track record in recruiting for functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, Consulting, CEO Office, or other crucial roles.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully fill senior, niche, and hard-to-fill positions across multiple markets.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience in managing multiple high-priority requisitions at once while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence hiring decisions and challenge assumptions when necessary.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders on hiring strategy, organizational design discussions, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation structures, and recruitment across different countries.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, internet businesses, consulting firms, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
