This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for contingent workforce and staffing needs throughout the India market.

• Identify, screen, interview, and manage candidates for both technical and professional positions while upholding strong delivery metrics.

• Collaborate closely with recruiting managers and delivery teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements.

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to recruiters on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.

• Implement improvements in the recruiting process to enhance candidate experience, boost recruiter productivity, and achieve better hiring results.

• Handle candidate offer negotiations, discussions regarding notice periods, and the offer acceptance process to increase joining ratios.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and strategic market mapping.

• Monitor recruiting performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and execute action plans to enhance team performance.

• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring standards.

• Keep updated on hiring trends in India, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market conditions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in contingent workforce recruiting, staffing delivery, or talent acquisition within the Indian market.

• Proven track record in leading recruiting efforts in high-volume or fast-paced staffing environments.

• Strong practical recruiting experience in technical, IT, engineering, or professional staffing sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, or supporting junior recruiters and recruitment teams.

• In-depth understanding of hiring practices in India, including notice periods, compensation negotiations, and offer management strategies.

• Excellent sourcing capabilities utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and recruitment tools.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring quality and meeting delivery timelines.
