Lead React Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more states.

• Lead the frontend development initiatives

• Mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality React applications

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and backend teams

• Ensure smooth integration and outstanding user experiences

• Drive projects and significantly influence frontend development

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience with React in production settings

• Strong proficiency in CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design techniques

• Experience in converting UI/UX designs into production-ready code (Design-to-Code)

• Extensive experience with npm and the JavaScript package ecosystem

• Proficient in using Git in collaborative development settings

• Experience in configuring and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge and practical application of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Understanding of Semantic Versioning and release management practices

• Preferred: experience with large-scale frontend applications

• Preferred: experience in frontend performance optimization

• Preferred: experience in writing automated tests for React applications

• Preferred: experience with design systems or reusable component libraries

• Preferred: familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack
