Lead Quality Program Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Identify trends related to quality performance

• Create and develop essential strategic programs aimed at quality improvement

• Ensure the execution of programs and initiatives designed to enhance quality rating system performance

• Collaborate with Product teams to integrate quality and Stars requirements into product strategy, benefit design, member engagement solutions, and operational improvements

• Analyze quality data through the use of product scorecards, provider scorecards, and enterprise dashboards

• Design programs and initiatives in response to observed quality trends

• Assist stakeholders in identifying root causes of business challenges and propose viable solutions

• Ensure the successful implementation of strategic programs and initiatives with key stakeholders

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare quality, including STARS, QRS, and HPRS

• Experience with Medicare Stars is highly preferred

• Lean Six Sigma certification or CPHQ designation preferred
