Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding the Services’ projects.

• Identify and monitor the availability of consultants and subcontractors.

• Deliver real-time Project Management and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

• Provide continuous engagement guidance to internal delivery teams and/or subcontractors.

• Offer revenue and cost forecasts for assigned projects using our corporate tool.

• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and maintain financial accountability.

• Organize and facilitate project team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Address risks and issues promptly, implementing appropriate plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree along with a technical background.

• Proficiency in English and either Italian or Spanish is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in IT solution implementation.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.

• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal/written/presentation).

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels.

• Experience in managing project delivery resources.

• A problem-solving mindset with established skills in escalation management.

• Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• European citizenship is required.
