This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the PLM team to ensure the timely and coordinated execution of projects and events, providing the necessary leadership and supervision to consistently deliver exceptional service to external clients at the project site.
• Assess, recruit, hire, and manage the performance of PLMs across the Region, conducting annual performance evaluations and recommending training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with field staff to arrange adequate project or event coverage, addressing product and application needs, staffing, fleet, and service requirements.
• As a leader of the PLMs, foster a culture of safety and discipline through exemplary leadership, personal compliance, accountability, and effective communication.
• Drive region-wide strategic campaigns focused on fleet service and safety.
• Lead the training initiatives for Service Managers or service leads to enhance branch service excellence for substantial project capabilities.
• Engage in pre-project planning meetings and strategy sessions for unforeseen natural disasters or events that necessitate rapid asset mobilization and staffing.
• Interact with high-level customer representatives as necessary to strategize for significant projects or events.
• Coordinate with high-level customer representatives during projects or events to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Serve as the regional leader overseeing the largest projects and events, collaborating with PLMs; be present onsite for projects and events as required; fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service, operational, and project or event oversight.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and enhance employee performance.
• In-depth technical knowledge of relevant specialty region products and applications, coupled with excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Extensive experience in logistics, project management, and leadership within large-scale projects/events.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, RentalMan).
• Results-oriented with the ability to influence others effectively.
• Proven skills in logistical planning, analysis, prioritization, and problem solving.
• Competency in performance management and coaching.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the year for projects or events; may be required to stay at the project or event for its entire duration.
