This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive the procurement strategy across various EPC projects.
• Develop standardized frameworks, governance, and procurement plans that align with program objectives.
• Serve as the escalation point for procurement-related issues.
• Coordinate with Project Procurement Managers and sourcing teams.
• Ensure uniformity in supplier selection, contracting, and risk management processes.
• Facilitate cross-project collaboration, shared suppliers, and regular program evaluations.
• Manage sourcing for essential equipment, materials, and subcontracting needs.
• Utilize aggregated purchasing power to enhance cost efficiency and savings.
• Assist in complex negotiations and ensure contracts are aligned with risk parameters.
• Direct supplier strategy and oversee key relationships.
• Supervise supplier capacity, quality, and schedule performance metrics.
• Monitor and mitigate supplier performance risks.
• Identify and address supply chain risks across multiple projects.
• Implement strategies such as dual sourcing, capacity reservations, and risk-sharing models.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments.
• Advise on procurement's impact on costs, margins, and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to budget and assist in cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting and track essential performance indicators (cost, schedule, risk, and supplier readiness).
• Collaborate with leadership, finance, and commercial teams.
• Guarantee compliance with policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Lead procurement teams effectively.
• Enhance capabilities in sourcing, negotiation, and EPC procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in procurement/supply chain, including more than 7 years in project or program leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing procurement for large-scale EPC projects valued at $400M+ and complex, multi-year capital programs.
• Experience in leading procurement teams across multiple projects, regions, and related industries (energy, infrastructure, industrial).
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost modeling.
• Familiarity with project scheduling, risk management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong financial and commercial understanding (P&L, margins, EPC cost structures, supplier agreements).
