This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with GTM and business leaders to outline, plan, and implement programs that enhance growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects such as lead-to-cash, revenue intelligence, AI for Sales, data enrichment, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Establish and refine GTM processes to guarantee consistency, scalability, and clarity across various teams.
• Assist in strategic planning cycles, aligning GTM initiatives with company objectives and key milestones.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate GTM programs, from scoping to execution and adoption.
• Manage program structure, operating models, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Promote accountability among stakeholders, proactively addressing obstacles and elevating critical decisions.
• Update senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Systems, Data & Analytics, and Enablement teams to ensure operational readiness and system support.
• Monitor KPIs and assess program impact against established outcomes.
• Align stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, CPX, Partners, Product, and Technology to achieve shared objectives.
• Navigate uncertainty and shifting priorities while preserving program momentum.
• Build consensus, gain buy-in, and balance conflicting priorities across complex initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility within the GTM ecosystem.
• Lead change management initiatives, encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, and rollout planning.
• Collaborate with enablement and operations teams to ensure the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and programs.
• Create documentation, training, and communications to support GTM initiatives.
• Establish best practices for repeatable and scalable program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of experience leading large-scale GTM or RevOps programs, including lead-to-cash processes and enterprise system implementations in a public SaaS company with over $1B in revenue.
• Proficiency with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, or Gainsight.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Partner organizations.
• Background in public SaaS or B2B technology environments.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales strategy, marketing operations, or customer lifecycle programs.
• PMP, Agile, or a similar certification.
