This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee and direct maintenance and sustainment operations, as well as maintenance personnel, for a fleet of three G550 aircraft.
• Ensure the operational readiness of the aircraft and the success of missions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and sustain platform performance.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of G550 aircraft maintenance to bolster maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate maintenance data and reports to achieve mission availability goals.
• Participate in flights as necessary to support mission operations and system maintenance.
• Guarantee adherence to Flight and Ground Operations safety and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary contact and authority for customer service issues.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and the Customer Account Team.
• Facilitate customer service and support across the global organization.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Provide resolutions to customer concerns and coordinate with internal functional teams.
• Convey and clarify technical and operational processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage complex, strategically significant initiatives involving large cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Capability to obtain and retain eligibility for a security clearance to access U.S. classified information.
• Ability to fly on G550 aircraft to assist with mission operations.
• Experience in developing and executing maintenance and sustainment strategies.
• Proficient in managing budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: 6+ years of experience as an In-Service Account Manager or Program/Project Manager in an international context.
• Preferred: 6+ years of customer support or program/project management experience in commercial or military aviation/aerospace.
• Desired background in DOD, Special Operations, Airborne Law Enforcement, or related fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of the job area and advanced project management expertise.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with international customers or business partners.
• Understanding of strategic business planning processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace/military maintenance planning concepts is advantageous.
• Desired knowledge of ITAR and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Preferred familiarity with government contracting.
• Understanding of contract terms and conditions and subcontract management.
• Proven track record of providing comprehensive and innovative customer solutions.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and querying abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as specialized software testing programs.
• Demonstrated success working independently or with minimal supervision.
• Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, up to 10% of the time.
