This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Serve as a Lead Professional Engineer, providing services and support aligned with the Technical Execution / Independent Engineering Functional Area / Category Discipline within the Energy Industry.
• Offer independent engineering advisory services by transforming discipline-specific engineering, construction, compliance, operational, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making for lenders and the Department of Energy (DOE).
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in energy infrastructure, engineering advisory, project finance, program management, or independent engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, client delivery, and engaging senior stakeholders for federal, lender, or owner-side programs.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, petroleum engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, environmental, or a related technical field.
• Preferred credentials include PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI, or other discipline-specific certifications where applicable.
