• Provide advisory support to our largest and most strategic clients — including those with decentralized global operations and complex, unbuilt system integrations — regarding optimal data structures for immediate onboarding and long-term platform performance.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for our most complex or high-risk onboarding projects, including direct resolution with customer leadership.

• Establish strategic partnerships with cross-functional leaders in Project Management, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience. Develop and maintain AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding tasks (data mapping playbooks, migration status reports, escalation summaries, customer handoff documents) to ensure consistent and reusable outputs across accounts.
• Create scalable AI workflows that enhance processes and automate tasks across the team, thereby extending your impact beyond your own customer engagements.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fields that utilize complex financial data (such as investment banking, management consulting, private markets operations, or related fields).

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Preferred experience with scripting languages and data management tools (SQL, Python, R).

• Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
• Life insurance coverage.
• Mental wellness support.
• Assistance for fertility and growing families.
• Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays.
