This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Take full responsibility for the entire funnel β from signup to activation, trial, paid subscriptions, and retention. Develop the model and conduct experiments.
β’ Manage the transition from trial to paid subscriptions β craft the trial experience, the moment of upgrade, and the pricing copy that converts active trials into paying hosts.
β’ Oversee the complete lifecycle program β including onboarding sequences, in-product messaging, winback strategies for paused trials, and expansion efforts for hosts adding properties.
β’ Enhance positioning as the product develops β Hosto is pioneering a new category. Your role is to discover the language that resonates with hosts, clearly conveying value within five seconds, and standing out against numerous competitors.
β’ Take charge of the landing page and ensure message-to-market fit β the landing page serves as the conversion engine. Experiment with headlines, proof points, social validation, and layout.
β’ Create the activation moment β design the experience where a new host first recognizes the value of Hosto.
β’ A minimum of 6 years in product marketing, with at least 2 years managing self-serve B2C or low-ACV B2B SaaS funnels.
β’ Proven ability to influence an activation or trial-conversion metric β and demonstrate the before-and-after impact on a real funnel.
β’ Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing β you have led an onboarding sequence, a winback program, and established an in-product messaging framework.
β’ Knowledgeable about which tools, triggers, and lines have influenced specific metrics.
β’ Exceptional copywriting skills β you are capable of writing the landing page, emails, and in-app messages yourself.
β’ Strong quantitative skills β capable of developing funnel models, conducting cohort analysis, and measuring segment-level retention.
β’ Native or near-native English proficiency β every word is tailored for a US-based solo Airbnb host.
