This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and articulate the strategic vision and guiding principles for the registries product.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing product team through servant leadership, mentoring, coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
• Create product roadmaps aimed at increasing market share and penetrating public, private, and international markets.
• Conduct research on product, technology, market trends, and competitors, maintaining relevant market-positioning materials.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, ensuring a balance between system health, delivery commitments, innovation, and product value.
• Provide value in incremental and frequent releases, evaluating outcomes with customers and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers and users, advocating for their needs within the product team.
• Implement user-centered design principles to enhance user, patient, and customer experiences and journeys.
• Organise and facilitate customer and user engagement sessions for feedback.
• Define and monitor product KPIs aligned with business unit OKRs, sourcing data where necessary.
• Evaluate third-party solutions for value and strategic alignment.
• Manage, prioritise, and own the product backlog.
• Handle demand intake, prioritisation, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and readiness standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of scalable, quality, and interoperable solutions; coordinate releases and communications.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers through clear, personalised communication.
• Maintain an effective team RACI and enhance delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Develop and sustain product collateral for communication, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Understand the market position of the product and identify opportunities for collaboration and scaled value.
• Monitor and enhance product team ROI in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Create persuasive business cases aimed at executive audiences.
• Support sales efforts through product collateral, training, and direct assistance during prospect presentations.
• Evaluate and manage third-party suppliers, including negotiating costs and feature sets.
• Report to the Head of Product and serve as a trusted partner to Business Unit Executives and Directors.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, influence, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience as a SaaS Product Manager with clear evidence of value delivered.
• Experience in delivering AI/data products.
• Proficiency in working with AI to enhance efficiency and collaborating with AI-enabled development teams.
• Familiarity with agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector.
• Acquaintance with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience in scaling products on an international level.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to operate as a self-starter and work autonomously.
• Customer and user-focused with strong problem-solving and option-creation skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Degree-level education or relevant certifications in product, project management, business, or technical areas is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required.
• Successful completion of vetting and reference checks.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance or meet the associated requirements for the role.
