This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take charge of the advancement of Lirio’s foundational platform aimed at engaging enterprise healthcare consumers.
• Direct intelligent decision-making, orchestration capabilities, and integrations within the enterprise ecosystem.
• Conceptualize, communicate, and implement the platform strategy and product initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, keeping abreast of regulatory and policy changes, and engage in industry forums to influence product strategy.
• Analyze information from various sources and prioritize conflicting demands using systems thinking and evidence-based trade-offs.
• Manage decision-making and orchestration products that provide coordinated, personalized interventions via existing client channels.
• Oversee the healthcare integration layer, which includes EHR, HIE, CRM, digital experience platforms, and content management system integrations.
• Lead the delivery of partner-platform integrations by evaluating technical compatibility and defining and prioritizing requirements.
• Specify product requirements for data flows, event-driven workflows, identity, consent, and analytics.
• Make informed product and architectural trade-offs with Engineering to ensure the platform remains reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success teams.
• Build consensus among senior stakeholders and align competing priorities to achieve platform outcomes.
• Act as a senior product representative with clients, partners, and executives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to product managers.
• Define and track product metrics related to adoption, operations, engagement, health outcomes, and revenue opportunities.
• Integrate healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, encompassing ownership of complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or technically advanced products.
• Proven success in establishing strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, managing product and architectural trade-offs, and delivering scalable capabilities.
• Established track record in leading intricate platform initiatives from discovery to delivery with measurable results.
• Strong foundational knowledge in product management: discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-driven prioritization, success metrics, and data-informed validation.
• Excellent systems thinking and decision-making skills across interconnected platforms, data, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to establish technical product direction across multiple teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
• Proven thought leadership in healthcare platforms, interoperability, or applied AI.
• Comfortable with system architecture, integration patterns, data models, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints; production coding is not necessary.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Preferred understanding of the healthcare market and its buyers, partner/platform integrations, healthcare data and regulatory requirements, and experience in healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, life sciences, AI/ML products, HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, regulated environments, or startups.
• Desired technical experience may include REST APIs, Model Context Protocols, FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy or claims data, cloud-based and event-driven platforms, data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, measurement, identity, consent, privacy, preference management, scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
