Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance, articulate, and expand the value proposition of the Crypto Transaction Monitoring product.

• Identify untapped market opportunities and foster product growth.

• Implement strategic product launches for the Travel Rule framework.

• Address complex, non-standardized client needs across jurisdictions.

• Lead the decentralized Web3 strategy, encompassing DeFi and non-custodial wallet interactions.

• Develop a comprehensive Web3 roadmap from the ground up within the first 0–6 months.

• Collaborate with engineering, business development, marketing, and leadership to synchronize teams.

• Transform product concepts into launched features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management within B2B crypto, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure.

• In-depth understanding of blockchain transaction processes.

• Strong knowledge of smart contracts.

• Proficient understanding of AML/KYT regulations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of on-chain intelligence.

• Experience with blockchain analytics, transaction investigation/clustering tools, or privacy/mixing protocols.

• Experience solely with consumer wallets or custody solutions is not applicable.

• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, rule engines, and third-party integrations.

• Capability to evaluate technical feasibility.

• High energy, proactive execution, and ability to provide clarity in a dynamic, ambiguous market.

• Preference for candidates located in Europe to align with core team working hours.

• Direct experience with Travel Rule, KYT, or dApp integrations is a plus.

• Strong domain network among crypto partners and protocols is also a plus.
