Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product roadmap for utility system integrations encompassing CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS.

• Enhance internal APIs to create a refined, unified, high-performance public API interface.

• Propel enrollment automation to facilitate the onboarding of customers and distributed energy resources into eligibility and lifecycle systems.

• Speed up customer onboarding and time-to-value with SDKs, quick-start guides, test datasets, and comprehensive documentation.

• Collaborate with core platform teams to extend data models for automation and analysis across the platform.

• Convert technical constraints from utilities into product requirements, ensuring a balance between platform stability and quick deal execution.

• Manage the utility-facing integration interface from start to finish.

• Work in partnership with product managers, engineers, data scientists, sales, solutions engineering, and client success teams.

• Report directly to a Director of Product.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software product management.

• Significant ownership of APIs, platform products, or third-party integrations.

• Extensive knowledge of utility operations, including a strong understanding of CIS and ADMS.

• Ability to navigate security, compliance, and IT governance evaluations with client technical teams comfortably.

• Proven history of translating diverse non-standard requirements from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive product strategy.

• Strong plus: direct experience with utility control room operations, NERC CIP requirements, and/or Customer Information Systems.

• Strong plus: previous experience with API products, in-house utility environments, enterprise integrations, or solutions engineering.
