Lead Product Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide insights and reports that facilitate product prioritization, evaluations, and business recommendations.

• Conduct marketplace analyses that range from A/B testing to multivariate modeling focused on retention or ETA.

• Utilize advanced SQL and intermediate skills in Python or R for analysis and modeling purposes.

• Develop and sustain reliable, organized, and actionable reporting systems and dashboards.

• Construct clean, well-documented datasets within the data warehouse using dbt.

• Address conflicting metrics and establish reliable definitions.

• Empower stakeholders through self-service options via reports, datasets, documentation, and training.

• Recognize decisions influenced by analysis and encourage stakeholders to act on insights.

• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders, mainly on the Pro/supply side of the marketplace.

• Foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Intermediate knowledge of Python or R.

• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.

• Proven track record in creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems.

• Experience in providing clean, well-documented datasets from the data warehouse.

• Capability to work independently as a trusted thought partner.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders.

• Daily engagement with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar technologies.

• Skill in understanding business needs and relating analysis to products, customers, and financial metrics.
