Lead Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist with activities throughout the Special Products and Land Transaction teams, encompassing assumptions, partial releases, and various land transactions.

• Act as the team's resource and subject matter expert.

• Address inquiries and develop solutions utilizing experience, best practices, and sound judgment.

• Prepare, review, and finalize loan files.

• Investigate and resolve exceptions.

• Work extensively with spreadsheets and reconciliations.

• Collaborate with clients, customers, departments, and external entities to facilitate transactions.

• Evaluate processes and propose enhancements.

• Engage with vendors to monitor activities and perform research.

• Develop procedures and job aids as required.

• Provide assistance in scheduling and coordinating team events.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide others in identifying solutions.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mortgage loan documentation and transactions.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently.

• Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet critical deadlines.

• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, peers, and management.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in working with efficiency and precision.
