This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of IPU team members, offering leadership with insights on training progress and daily performance.
• Determine training requirements and collaborate with the Education Department to develop and deliver training materials.
• Oversee workflow, staffing, and service levels, helping to coordinate resources to fulfill operational demands.
• Support scheduling, training activities, team meetings, and daily operational necessities.
• Act as a resource for queries related to IPU processes and procedures, including troubleshooting, follow-up, and resolution.
• Identify and investigate quality concerns, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of QA efforts.
• Maintain reference materials, departmental procedures, job aids, and other operational resources.
• Communicate updates on processes, policy modifications, priorities, and operational information.
• Compile and sustain team statistics, reports, and operational documentation.
• Facilitate communication regarding outstanding issues, priorities, and operational needs across shifts and with IPU leadership.
• Provide daily operational support in the absence of the IPU Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate changing business and operational needs.
• Experience in formal or informal leadership roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and department-specific systems.
• Excellent attendance history.
• A minimum of six months of IPU experience and good standing with the company.
• Residency in Pennsylvania or Tennessee.
• Current Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure in the relevant state.
• CPhT certification is preferred.
• Two holidays per year.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Schedule flexibility to modify hours or days based on business and operational needs.
