This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Direct management of all paid marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, and, if applicable, LinkedIn.
• Creation and execution of testing and scaling strategies (including creatives, target audiences, sales funnels, and offers).
• Oversight and enhancement of webinar and Video Sales Letter (VSL) funnels for premium coaching programs.
• Accountability for key performance indicators: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), attendance, and closing rates.
• Establish and sustain an organized tracking system using Hyros, FunnelCockpit, and GoHighLevel.
• Coordination and briefing of the creative team and freelancers (including editors, designers, and copywriters).
• Conduct weekly performance assessments and provide data-driven insights for management.
• Discovery of new growth opportunities and ongoing funnel improvements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, especially with high-ticket products or coaching funnels.
• Deep understanding of funnel architectures, offers, and conversion strategies.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling profitable paid advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in using: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly, HubSpot, and Zapier.
• Experience in managing freelancers or small teams is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, a high level of accountability, and a solution-focused approach.
• Organized communication style, even in a remote working environment.
• Proficient in both German and English.
